小语种专业毕业生就业观念现状及转变对策——以吉林师范大学为例

小语种专业在成立之初,曾是各大高校文科类的王牌就业专业,学生们心中梦寐以求的心仪之选.但随着世界各国之间贸易摩擦不断升级,国与国之间合作的不稳定因素日益增多,高校小语种专业就业市场处于饱和状态,小语种专业毕业生就业形势严峻.通过对无法顺利就业的 127 名吉林师范大学 2022 届小语种专业毕业生进行了关于就业目标地域、就业意向、就业困难的问卷调查,以此为依据,从国家和社会、高校、学生等多层面提出与就业相关的可行性建议,帮助小语种专业毕业生顺利就业,对其他同类高校小语种专业提高就业率具有一定的借鉴与启示.
Problems and Countermeasures of the Employment Issues of Small Languages College Graduates
There are more and more problems of employment of small languages colleges graduates.A questionnaire survey which focuses on the employment target region,employment intention,employment difficulties was conducted on 127 unemployable small languages graduates of 2022 Jilin Normal University.According to this survey,feasible suggestions are proposed from state and society,universities and students,and other levels to help graduates to get employed successfully.It is a reference and inspiration for similar colleges and universities to improve the employment rate of small language majors.
