The Path of Integrated Training of Teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Primary,Secondary and Tertiary Schools
Promoting the integrated construction of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in primary,secondary and tertiary schools requires the holistic shaping of teachers.Integrated training is a feasible way to achieve this holistic education.Integrated training is a theoretical and practical training for all teachers of ideological and political theory courses in primary,secondary and tertiary schools,aiming to make teachers to meet the basic standard.The existing teacher training paths have their own advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of integration.This paper analyzs the advantages and disadvantages of centralized training organized by educational administrative departments,school-based training organized by schools,and network training provided by training institutions.This paper puts forward the optimization of the paths by systematically designing of content of integrated training,building regional integrated training platform,and establishing integrated training guarantee system.
