摘要

当前自贸港的发展不仅推动了海南国际化教育发展,同时也给各高校提出了更高要求.国际视野培养在高校辅导员培训体系中至关重要.布鲁姆的情感领域目标分类模型可有效提升辅导员对于国际视野的兴趣,优化国际视野的课程提升知识结构.在辅导员国际视野培养中,可将布鲁姆情感领域目标分类模型与辅导员国际素养培训进行有机结合,提高辅导员培训效益,增强培训质量,以助力自贸港建设发展.

Abstract

At present,the development of the Free Trade Port not only promotes the development of international education in Hainan,but also puts forward higher requirements for universities.The cultivation of international vision is very important in the training system of student supervisors.Bloom's target classification model of affective domain can effectively enhance the interest of student supervisors in international perspective,optimize the knowledge structure of international vision courses.In the cultivation of student supervisors'international vision,Bloom's target classification model of affective domain can be organically combined to improve the efficiency and quality of the cultivation,so as to help the construction and development of the Free Trade Ports.
