赞美作为一种积极语言,在教育教学及人际交往中所发挥的作用被日益重视,本研究通过扎根理论的分析方法,对 13 名心理教育工作者的深度访谈资料进行分析,根据分析结果构建了有效赞美的影响因素及效用的理论模型,解释了模型中各因素之间的作用机制,为相关领域研究提供了理论参考.结合理论模型提出了提高赞美有效性的方法和建议,对在教育教学中有效开展赞美教育,促进人际和谐等方面的实践具有指导意义.
The Influencing Factors of Praise Effectiveness Based on Grounded Theory
As a positive language,praise has been increasingly valued in education and interpersonal communication.This study analyzes the in-depth interview data of 13 psychoeducators based on grounded theory,constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors and effectiveness of effective praise,and explains the mechanism of action among various factors in the model in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research in related field.Methods and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of praise are proposed in combination with the theoretical model,which are of instructive significance to the practice of effective praise education in education and teaching and the promotion of interpersonal harmony.
