As a positive language,praise has been increasingly valued in education and interpersonal communication.This study analyzes the in-depth interview data of 13 psychoeducators based on grounded theory,constructs a theoretical model of the influencing factors and effectiveness of effective praise,and explains the mechanism of action among various factors in the model in order to provide a theoretical reference for the research in related field.Methods and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of praise are proposed in combination with the theoretical model,which are of instructive significance to the practice of effective praise education in education and teaching and the promotion of interpersonal harmony.
