人工智能时代的到来为教师提升教学能力、智能教学素养带来了机会,也对教师的专业化发展提出了全新的要求.发挥人工智能技术的优势,构建教师专业发展新模式,探索人工智能环境下教师专业成长新路径,能够打造出具有数字化特征的卓越教师队伍,迎合教育改革新趋势.文章结合人工智能赋能教师专业化发展现状及成果,针对利用人工智能推动教师专业化发展中存在的尚未实现对人工智能技术有效运用、未面向教师构建专业能力发展平台、教师未结合学生状况创设互动式教学环境、教师自我反思能力有待提升等问题,总结了智能化辅助教育教学和教学评估工作、构建教师终身学习平台、创设互动式教学环境、精准反馈实践教学数据等人工智能赋能教师专业化发展策略,旨在助力教师专业成长,提升教师的智能教育素养、教学能力、自我反思能力,让教师在专业创造中实现自身价值及社会价值,推动教师队伍建设的提质增效.
Reflections on the Professional Development of Teachers Empowered by Artificial Intelligence
The paper analyzes the current situation and achievements of the professional development of teachers empowered by AI.And then this paper summarizes the existing problems,such as the lack of effective application of AI and the platform for the development of teachers'professional ability and the interactive teaching environment and so on..This paper proposes the following strategies:teaching and teaching evaluation assisted by AI,the construction of teachers'lifelong learning platform,the creation of interactive teaching environment,accurate feedback of practical teaching data and other professional development empowered by AI.All these help teachers'professional growth,improve their intelligent educational literacy,teaching ability and self-reflection ability so that teachers can realize their own value and social value in professional creativity,and promote the quality and efficiency of team building.
