新质生产力背景下高职院校创新创业教育改革的机制分析与路径研究

新质生产力是通过技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置和产业深度转型升级而催生的当代先进生产力,如何实现高职院校创新创业教育与新质生产力的互融互促和双向驱动,是当前高职院校创新创业教育必须系统研究的重要课题.基于新质生产力引领高校创新创业教育改革的机制分析及问题研究,运用文献资料、政策研究及质性分析研究方法,归纳提炼新质生产力背景下高职院校创新创业教育改革的三种路径:从微观层面,更新教育理念,深化创新创业教育综合改革,优化学科结构,打造高校新质生产力特色学科体系;从中观层面,建立产学研用合作平台,推动技术转移和成果转化,构建人才创新的生态系统,推进新质生产力与产教研用深度互融;从宏观层面,优化顶层设计,加强政策供给,建立成果转化评价机制和创新创业教育考评机制,全方位构建助推创新创业教育改革的有效机制.
The Mechanisms and Pathways of Reform in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education at High Vocational Schools in the Context of New Quality Productive Forces
How to achieve mutual integration and reciprocal promotion between innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and the new quality productive forces is an important issue that needs to be systematically studied.Based on the mechanism analysis and problem research,using literature,policy research and qualitative analysis methods,this paper summarizes and refines three pathways for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in the context of new quality productive forces:at the micro level,a characteristic discipline system of new quality productive forces should be built;at the meso level,a cooperation platform among industries,universities and research institutes should be built;at the macro level,an effective mechanism for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in a comprehensive way should be built.
