The Teaching Quality Assurance Mechanism of Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Crisis Management
The security and stability of higher education institutions is the cornerstone of the normal operation of the state and society,which is not only related to the construction and development of higher education,but also of significant implications to national revitalization and national prosperity.With a wide geographical origin of teachers and students,high population density,and the special nature of teaching and research as being a base for cultivating high-level talents,how to respond to unexpected crisis events and ensure the quality of education and teaching is a problem that higher education managers must consider.Based on the perspective of crisis management,this article deeply analyzes the present situation and problems of teaching management in colleges and universities in the face of crisis.It establishes a mechanism for ensuring the quality of higher education teaching in the four stages of"curtailment,preparation,response,and restoration",in order to improve the ability of higher education institutions to handle sudden crisis and guarantee the quality of higher education teaching during the crisis period.
