The Cultivation of Dual-Qualified Teachers in Preschool Education Major in Vocational Colleges and Universities
This study delves into the cultivation strategies of dual-qualified teachers in preschool education programs in vocational colleges to meet the current demands for high-quality technical and skilled talent.The paper initially defines dual-qualified teachers and underscores their significance in the field of preschool education.Subsequently,it analyzes the national expectations and requirements for dual-qualified teachers,as well as the challenges faced by vocational colleges in cultivating such teachers.By systematically reviewing relevant research literature,this article discusses the challenges in the construction of dual-qualified teacher teams,such as the divergence of recognition standards and the imbalance of the teacher team structure,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results of this study show that the key to improving the quality of dual-qualified teacher training is to establish clear certification and training standards,optimize teacher structure,enhance practical experience,promote professional development and effective policy implementation,and establish incentive and dynamic management mechanisms.This study aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of dual-qualified teachers in preschool education programs,in order to promote the in-depth implementation of vocational education reform.
