The key to ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the education provided is to clearly define the type of individuals we aim to cultivate and the methods by which we will achieve this.In the training of technical talents in higher vocational colleges and universities,there is often a tendency to prioritize skills over moral education,which can result in a lack of moral guidance.The concept of promoting all five virtues offers a new approach to the development of both moral and technical skills.The study analyses the connotation of promoting all five virtues and the relationship with the development of both moral and technical skills.It takes the development of both moral and technical skills and oneness of knowledge and action as its guiding principle and explores the practice mode of professional construction of moral education based on the core elements of Five Virtues.The aim is to open up a new way for higher vocational colleges and universities to establish moral education in the new era.
