Exploring the Pathway of Psychological Education in Universities by Integrating Traditional Culture——From the Perspective of Cultural Psychology Theory
With the rapid development of society and the increasing importance of individual mental health problems,mental health education has become an important part of the modern education system.Especially at the stage of higher education,students face multiple pressures such as academics,employment and interpersonal relationships,and mental health problems are particularly prominent.Therefore,exploring an effective way of psychological education in colleges and universities is of great significance in promoting the overall development of students.Traditional culture,as the essence of thousands of years of Chinese civilization,has the potential to become a new resource for enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education when integrated with modern psychological education practices.Taking Fuzhou Institute of Vocational Technology as a case study,this study explores the effective way of integrating traditional culture into psychological parenting in colleges and universities based on the theory of cultural psychology.
