榜样是一个时代的标杆,承载着广为认同的价值取向.榜样教师是新时代教师队伍的旗帜,研究榜样教师的人物形象并发挥榜样教师的引领作用,对构建新时代优秀教师队伍有着重要的作用.本研究基于扎根理论的研究思路,采用质性分析软件Nvivo12.0 为分析工具,对2018 年-2022 年52 名"最美教师"获得者的先进事迹,进行汇总、编码、分析、归纳,最终总结得出榜样教师的人物形象:严谨治学的典范者、道德品质的垂范者和学生发展的引领者.据此,为促进全体教师成长,应从教师专业能力、教师道德品质以及教师对学生的引领三方面进行探索.
Models are the benchmark of an era and carry widely recognized value orientations.Model teachers are the banner of the new era of teachers,and studying the character image of model teachers and playing the lead-ing role of model teachers in building an excellent teacher team in the new era.Based on the research ideas of grounded theory,this study uses the qualitative analysis software Nvivo 12.0 as an analytical tool to analyze the ad-vanced deeds of 52 winners of"the Most Beautiful Teacher"from 2018 to 2022,summarize,code,and analyze the character image of model teachers:a model of rigorous learning,a model of moral character and a leader of student development.In order to promote the growth of all teachers,it is necessary to explore such three aspects as teach-ers'professional ability,teachers'moral character,and teachers'guidance to students.
