摘要

分析全国185 所高校共616 个已备案的交叉学科发现,当前我国交叉学科建设具有门类跨度复杂、理工学科与应用学科主导的建设倾向明显、对优势母体学科有依赖性等特点.这些特点突出了交叉学科建设所面临的组织建制障碍、建设倾向风险、建设能力不足等困境.为实现交叉学科建设的健康发展,提出三条优化策略:优化组织建制形式,完善组织内部人事管理机制;加强院校交叉学科建设的顶层设计;找准各高校建设定位,构建合理评价体系.

Abstract

Through the analysis of 616 registered interdisciplinary science in 185 universities nationwide,the general characteristics are found,including complex span of discipline categories,obvious tendency of the field of science and engineering and applied disciplines,and dependence on dominant parent disciplines.These character-istics highlight the dilemma,such as organizational obstacles,construction tendency risks and lack of construction capacity.In order to realize the healthy development of interdisciplinary science construction,some suggestions were put forward,including optimizing the organizational system and improving the internal personnel management mechanism,strengthening the top-level design of interdisciplinary construction in universities,and finding out the construction orientation of universities and building a reasonable evaluation system.
