On the basis of the"student-centered"philosophy,the value orientation of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities has shifted to students'learning quality,learning outcomes and development,which has profoundly affected the teaching supervision in colleges and universities and triggered fundamental changes in the supervised teaching.The learning quality orientation and the concern of whole learning process of students embody the requirements of modern learning theories such as cognitivism,behaviorism,constructivism and humanism.The supervised teaching in colleges and universities should focus on independent learning to examine the teaching with"classroom attraction",cooperative learning to examine the teaching with"teaching organization",the construction of learning to evaluate the teaching with"internal driving force of knowledge",the transformation of learning to e-valuate the teaching with"capacity promotion"and fostering virtue through education to lead the teaching with"whole-person cultivation and shaping force".On this basis,the paper proposes to construct and carry out the practical countermeasures of performance supervised teaching,cooperative supervised teaching,generative super-vised teaching,creative supervised teaching and integrated supervised teaching with the aim to promote the deep implementation of the"student-centered"philosophy,the transformation of supervision,and the improvement of the supervision effect.
