教育数字化转型背景下青少年数字素养提升路径探究

摘要
数字时代,教育数字化转型成为数字中国建设背景下的重大课题.青少年的数字素养既是影响教育数字化转型和数字中国建设的重要因素,也关乎未来的数字学习和数字生存.教育数字化转型背景下,青少年数字素养提升面临着数字素养教育治理方式滞后、数字资源分布供给不平衡、数字教育生态系统混乱等问题.因此,须精准挖掘制约青少年数字素养提升的因素,完善数字素养教育治理方式、优化数字资源分布供给、营造良好的数字教育生态系统,通过青少年数字素养的提升,助力教育数字化转型和数字中国目标的实现.
Abstract
In the digital era,the digital transformation of education has become a major issue in the context of building digital China.The digital literacy of teenager is not only an important factor affecting the digital transforma-tion of education and the construction of digital China,but also related to the future of digital learning and digital survival.In the context of the digital transformation of education,the improvement of digital literacy among teenag-ers faces problems such as the lagging governance of digital literacy education,uneven distribution of digital re-sources,and the chaotic digital education ecosystem.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately identify the factors constraining the improvement of digital literacy among teenagers,improve the governance of digital literacy educa-tion,optimize the distribution of digital resources,and create a good digital education ecosystem.By enhancing the digital literacy of teenagers,it will contribute to the realization of the goals of education digitalization and digital China.
