摘要
高校教师的聘任与考核一直是世界各国关注的焦点话题,哈佛大学科南特校长任职期间所提出的"非升即走"制度成为全世界效仿的范本,通过对科南特"非升即走"制度生成机理、运行规则、基本特征、实施效果这几个方面的历史审视,对我国一流研究型大学的建设进行现实反思,并提出改善我国建设研究型大学现状的意见,诸如:"甄选移植土壤":支持学术自由;"破五唯立多维":调整聘任机制;"扶上马送一程":建立保障机制,以便为我国建设一流研究型大学提供思路.
Abstract
The appointment and assessment of university teachers has always been the focus of attention of all countries in the world,and the"up-or-out"system proposed by President Conant of Harvard University during his tenure has become a model for the world to follow,through the historical review of the generation mechanism,oper-ation rules,basic characteristics and implementation effects of the"up-or-out"system of Conant,the construction of China's first-class research universities is realistically reflected,and suggestions are put forward to improve the status quo of China's construction of research universities,such as selection the transplantation soil to support aca-demic freedom,breaking the five dimensions for independence,adjusting the appointment mechanism,helping get on horse and escort distance,establishing a guarantee mechanism to provide ideas for China to build first-class re-search universities.
