随着中国高等教育发展进入普及化时代,"上大学"对于个体及其家庭所承载的价值正在发生深刻转变.接受高等教育曾被视为个体实现阶层跃迁的重要机遇,普及化时代的到来意味着"上大学"的"跃迁机会"价值在下降,而文化熏陶的价值则持续凸显.普及化时代的高等教育通识课成为主导,学科间壁垒被打破,同时也引发了教育生态的内卷化,这种种表现让大学生个体价值更迭的趋势不可阻挡.放在一个大的时代背景下,可以看到大学生个体价值转变的方向,未来大学生的"社会人"属性、"全能人"属性、"自由人"属性将成为主流,而这也给个体及其家庭还有大学提出了新的要求,个体需要调整收益预期,树立"终身学习"的发展理念,家庭需要转变传统观念,采用"全面发展"的教养模式,大学则需要优化培育方式,完善"产教结合"的教育体系.
With the development of China's higher education entering the era of popularization,the value of"going to college"for individuals and their families is undergoing profound changes.Access to higher education was once regarded as an important opportunity for individuals to achieve class transition.The advent of the popular-ization era means that the value of"transition opportunity"of"going to university"is declining,while the value of cultural edification continues to highlight.In the era of popularization,the general courses of higher education have become the dominant,the barriers between disciplines have been broken,and the education ecology has been inter-nalized,which makes the trend of individual value change irresistible.In the context of a grand era,the direction of the transformation of the individual value of college students could be seen.In the future,the attributes of"so-cial man","all-round man"and"free man"of college students will become the mainstream,which also puts for-ward new requirements for individuals,their families and universities.Individuals need to adjust their income ex-pectations and establish the development concept of"lifelong learning".Families need to change the traditional concept and adopt the education mode of"all-round development",while universities need to optimize the cultiva-tion mode and perfect the education system of"combining production and education".
