摘要

"考公热"对当代中国大学教育的影响,较为突出地体现为对大学教学活动的干扰,以及由此带来的"教学空心化"风险.而我国古代官学在明清时期的"科举化"进程及其命运轨迹,为正视"考公热"对当代大学的影响提供了历史的镜鉴:"科举化"背景下,官学教学活动的沦丧、教学职能的落空是不争的事实,之所以未在短时间内威胁其存续,主要基于古代官学在社会治理层面的特殊职能;但对于以教学为首要职能的当代中国大学而言,其对"教学空心化"的耐受阀值则不可能达到这样的程度,"考公热"对大学教学场域的冲击,在事实上对其教学职能的实现构成负面影响,为大学的未来发展埋下隐忧.

Abstract

The impact of the"civil servant fever"on contemporary Chinese university education is more prom-inently reflected in the interference with university teaching activities and the resulting risk of"teaching hollowing-out".The destiny of the ancient Chinese official schools in the Ming and Qing Dynasties has reference value for contemporary universities to face and even cope with the"civil servant fever"and other issues.The loss of teaching activities and teaching functions of the official school in the context of the imperial examination had not shaken or e-ven strengthened its special function at the level of social governance,and therefore had not threatened its survival in a short period of time.However,for contemporary Chinese universities,for which teaching is the primary func-tion,the tolerance threshold for"hollowing-out of teaching"is unlikely to reach such a level,and the impact of the"civil servant fever"on their teaching field,as well as the risk of hollowing-out of teaching brought about by this,in fact,constitutes a threat to the realization of the teaching function of the university,laying a hidden worry for the future development of the university.
