习近平总书记从"理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求"六个方面对教育家精神的科学内涵和实践要求进行了深刻阐述.教育家精神是马克思主义教育理论中国化的最新成果,也是在建设教育强国战略目标下高标准地建设好全国教师队伍的新要求.教育家精神具有重要的时代价值,在新时代为全国教师队伍建设树立精神旗帜,为推进教育现代化赋予精神动能,为实现教育强国战略提供精神支撑,为培育时代新人凝聚教育力量,丰富和发展了中国共产党的精神谱系.大力弘扬教育家精神必须以理想信念教育为着力点,筑牢思想基础;以坚持党的领导为立足点,夯实政治基础;以强化舆论宣传为链接点,拓展社会基础;构建弘扬教育家精神的长效机制,完善制度保障.
General secretary Xi Jinping profoundly expounded the scientific connotation and practical require-ments of the spirit of educators from six aspects:"ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,wisdom in educating peo-ple,ploughing attitude,benevolence,and pursuit of truth".The spirit of educators is the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist educational theory,and it is also a new requirement for building the national force of teachers with high standards under the strategic goal of building education power.The spirit of educators has the value of the times,setting up a spiritual banner for the construction of the national teacher force in the new era,giving spiritual momentum to promoting the modernization of education,providing spiritual support for the realization of the strategy of building education power,gathering educational strength for cultivating new people of the times,and enriching and developing the spiritual pedigree of the Communist Party of China.To vigorously carry forward the spirit of edu-cators,we must focus on education in ideals and beliefs,and build a solid ideological foundation;adhere to the party's leadership as a foothold,and consolidate the political foundation;strengthen public opinion propaganda as a link point to expand the social foundation;build a long-term mechanism to promote the spirit of educators,and improve institutional safeguards.
