Under the background of"internet+education",online and offline blended teaching has devel-oped into one of the important teaching modes. This study took the professional public course"Psychological Devel-opment of Primary and Secondary School Students"for normal students as an example.By combining the communi-ty of inquiry theory model with Bloom's revised taxonomy of educational objectives theory,a blended teaching mod-el was constructed and subsequently applied in classroom practice to verify the effectiveness of the blended teaching mode in the public curriculum of the normal major.Teaching practice showed that, compared with traditional off-line teaching, the blended teaching mode based on the community of inquiry theory model and Bloom's revised tax-onomy of educational objectives theory helped students change from passive learners to active explorers, stimulated students'interest in learning, improved students'classroom participation, and enhanced the teaching quality of the course.
