摘要
志愿服务是社会文明进步的重要标志.新时代提升高校志愿服务育人质量,形塑着大学生自我认同的情感内核、淬炼着大学生利他奉献的道德品质、涵育着大学生胸怀天下的崇高追求.应以培育堪当民族复兴重任的新时代好青年、熔铸赓续中华文化传统的鲜明精神标识、构建凝聚共同价值愿景的人类命运共同体为目标旨归,以凝心聚魂、固本强基、数字赋能为突破口,弘扬志愿服务精神,着力发挥志愿服务文化育人功能;完善志愿服务机制,全力强化志愿服务组织育人作用;提升志愿服务智能化水平,聚力探索志愿服务网络育人实效.
Abstract
Volunteer service is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization.Enhancing the quality of volunteer service in colleges in the new era shapes the emotional core of college students'self-identification,re-fines their moral quality of altruism and dedication,and nurtures their noble pursuit of the world.The goal should be to cultivate young people of the new era who are capable of taking on the important task of national rejuvenation,to forge a distinctive spiritual identity that continues the tradition of Chinese culture,to build a community of human destiny that unites the common values and visions,and to take the breakthroughs of heart and soul gathering,solid-ifying and strengthening the foundation,and digital empowerment as the breakthrough,so as to promote the spirit of volunteer service,and to give full play to the function of cultural education in volunteer service;to improve the mechanism of volunteer service,and to fully strengthen the role of volunteer service organizations in educating peo-ple;to enhance the intelligent level of volunteer service,and to focus on exploring the effectiveness of volunteer service network in educating people.
