摘要

深入推进我国应用型本科高校产教融合是解决地方就业创业、推动产业转型升级、打造高质量发展新引擎的重要举措.本文基于共生理论,对应用型本科高校产教融合共生机制及面临的现实困境进行阐释分析,提出促进应用型本科高校产教融合的有效策略,包括完善动能机制、优化传达通道、建立互惠模式、加强政策扶持等,以期为应用型本科高校高质量发展提供参考.

Abstract

Deepening the integration of industry and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in China is an important measure to solve local employment and entrepreneurship,promote industri-al transformation and upgrading,and create a new engine for high-quality development.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper explains and analyzes the symbiotic mechanism of industry education integration in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities and the realistic dilemmas they faces.It proposes effective strate-gies to promote the integration of industry and education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and univer-sities,including improving the kinetic energy mechanism,optimizing the communication channel,establishing a mutual beneficial model,and strengthening policy support,in order to provide reference for the high-quality devel-opment of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
