生成式人工智能赋能职前教师教学研究:理论视野、实践目标与模式革新

摘要
近来,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能教育应用得到迅速发展.然而,现有研究大多聚焦于生成式人工智能赋能教与学的理论发展、策略设计、风险评估及哲学反思,未能从教育主体视角出发,阐明生成式人工智能的赋能作用与实践影响,致使生成式人工智能赋能教育出现过程浅层化、效果碎片化、评价形式化等现象.为改善这种情况,文章聚焦职前教师教学研究,基于信息技术与教育教学融合的理论视角,结合生成式人工智能的功能特性,重构生成式人工智能赋能下职前教师教学研究的理论视野与实践目标.并从"研究—学习—探究"的实践逻辑出发,构建生成式人工智能赋能职前教师教学研究的革新模式.以师范生专业课程调研实践为例,示范生成式人工智能赋能职前教师教学研究的实践与效果,为职前教师教育数字化转型提供理论和实践参考.
Abstract
Recently,the application of generative artificial intelligence in education,represented by ChatG-PT,has developed rapidly.However,current research focuses on the theoretical development,strategy design,risk assessment and philosophical thinking of generative AI enabling teaching and learning.It fails to demonstrate the enabling function and practical influence of generative AI from the systematic logic of the educational subject,resul-ting in the fragmented effect,shallow process and formalized evaluation of generative Al enabling education.In or-der to improve this situation,this paper focuses on the teaching research of pre-service teachers,based on the three perspectives of the integration of information technology and education,combined with the functional charac-teristics of generative artificial intelligence,and reconstructs the theoretical vision and practical goals of pre-service teacher teaching research empowered by generative artificial intelligence.Secondly,starting from the practical logic of research-learning-inquiry,we build an innovative model for generative artificial intelligence to empower pre-service teacher teaching research.Taking the course research practice of prospective teachers as an example,this paper demonstrates the process and results of the teaching research empowered by generative artificial intelligence,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the digital transformation of pre-service teacher education.
