Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Teaching Practice Ability of Teacher's College Students from the Perspective of"GUSN Community"——Taking Local Comprehensive University A as an Example
Teaching practice competence is one of the core competences of teacher's college student.Current-ly,local comprehensive universities face multiple dilemmas in cultivating the teaching practice competence of teacher's college student:the singularity and closedness of the cultivation environment,the lack of effective and in-depth articulation of the cultivation mechanism,and the lack of evaluation management process and dynamic tracking.The community of practice provides a theoretical perspective for the collaborative training of multiple sub-jects,and the"GUSN community"consisting of government(G)-university(U)-schools(S)-normal students(N)can be regarded an important path to improve the teaching practice ability of teacher trainees.Taking University A,a local comprehensive university,as an example,this paper examines how a commissioning programme enacted by a government department can fully mobilize the participation of other actors to form a significant force for collaborative and co-operative training of teacher trainees and become an experience that can be replicated.Based on this,en-hancing the teaching practice ability of teacher's college student in local comprehensive universities requires a mul-tifaceted strategy of institutional system support,synergy of multiple subjects and dynamic evaluation tracking.
