"4+1"跟岗见习是指师范生以合法的身份边缘性参与真实的教学情境,以具身认知的方式,探索教学中的真问题,从而完成教育教学知识的主动建构,并全方位促成师范生素养养成的高影响力教育实践.在"新文科"建设的宏观背景下,该实践改革依托于实践共同体理论、具身认知理论、知识建构理论以及杜威的教育哲学,致力于高等师范院校应用型人才的培养,着力解决实践教学环节所面临的问题."4+1"跟岗见习不仅是一种教育见习方式,它与师范生的专业课程学习,实习研习、论文写作都有着密切的联系:是专业课程学习的深化、实习研习的先导、论文写作的基础."4+1"跟岗见习通过全程实践、循序渐进、知行合一、协同育人的培养策略,使师范生通过亲身实践、真实问题研究、主动建构知识,经历并体验教育教学的全过程,从而真正实现师德的践行、教学技能的掌握、育人能力的培养、个人发展的提升.
The model of"4+1"educational observation refers to the high-influence education practice that normal university students participate in real teaching situations and explore the real problems in teaching in a spe-cific way of physical cognition,so as to complete the active construction of education and teaching knowledge and promote the cultivation of normal university students in an all-round way.Under the macro background of the con-struction of"new liberal arts",the practical reform relies on the theory of practice community,the theory of em-bodied cognition,knowledge construction theory and Dewey's educational philosophy,and is committed to the cul-tivation of applied talents in normal colleges,and focuses on solving the problems faced by the practical teaching link.The model of"4+1"educational observation is not only a way of education internship,but also closely relat-ed to the professional courses,practice study and paper writing of normal university students:it is the deepening of professional course study,the forerunner of practice study,and the basis of paper writing.The model of"4+1"ed-ucational observation with post trainee through the whole practice,step by step,unity,collaborative education strategy,make the students through practice,real problem research,actively construct knowledge,experience and experience the whole process of education teaching,so as to realize the practice of ethics,teaching skills,the culti-vation of educational ability,the promotion of personal development.
