"岗课赛证"综合育人的现实困境与路径探索

"岗课赛证"综合育人不仅顺应了经济社会高质量发展的人才需求,而且展现了职业教育类型建设的教学质量,还满足了学生可持续发展的能力需要.然而,在现阶段"岗课赛证"综合育人的过程中,由于企业对校企合作的认同缺失、职校融通育人的条件不足、大赛培养对象的范围窄化以及证书成果认定的效力有限导致"岗课赛证"的融通工作陷入了困境.针对现状,首先要充分发挥政府力量,给予企业政策激励、协同学校完善办学;其次学校自身要对人培方案进行优化、升级;注重教学过程与竞赛的结合,全面提高学生参与度和学习覆盖率;最后,确立官方组织,建立权威标准,科学考评管理.
The comprehensive education based on the integration of'post-course-competition-certificate'not only follows the talent needs of high-quality economic and social development,but also shows the teaching quality of vocational education in terms of type construction,and meets the ability needs of students'sustainable develop-ment.However,in the process of comprehensive education,the integration of'post-course-competition-certifi-cate'has fallen into difficulties due to the lack of recognition of enterprises for school-enterprise cooperation,in-sufficient conditions for vocational education of integration,narrow scope of training objects and limited effective-ness of certification results.In the face of the current situation,first of all,we should give full play to the power of the government.Our government should give policy incentives to enterprises,and cooperate with schools to improve school running.Secondly,schools should optimize and upgrade the personnel training program,teachers should pay attention to the combination of teaching and competition to improve students'participation and learning coverage comprehensively.Finally,we should establish official organization and authoritative standards to achieve scientific evaluation and management.
