As the digitalization of education continues to progress,there is a growing emphasis on the informa-tion technology teaching capabilities of teacher's college students.The questionnaire survey revealed that teacher's college students at local comprehensive universities perceived their own proficiency in information technology teach-ing were inadequate.This could be attributed to several key factors:suboptimal design of the curriculum for develo-ping these skills,insufficient practical training opportunities,and inadequacies in faculty allocation for cultivating information technology teaching competencies.In response,it is imperative to implement targeted strategies.First-ly,there is a need to refine the curriculum structure aimed at fostering teacher's college students'information technology teaching abilities.Secondly,efforts should be made to expand access to essential practical training con-ditions conducive to developing these capabilities.Lastly,an improved faculty allocation plan must be established for nurturing teacher's college students'information technology teaching competencies.Local comprehensive uni-versities are urged to adopt a holistic approach in order to effectively elevate the information technology teaching ca-pacities of teacher's college students and cultivate individuals who are well-prepared to confront the challenges presented by the era of digital and intelligent technologies.
