摘要

中小学教师数字素养是推动教育数字化转型的关键要素.中小学教师数字素养的提升有利于培养数字化卓越教师,建设数字化教师队伍;培养数字化创新型人才,推进教育数字化转型;推动数字化赋能课堂教学创新,促进教育高质量发展.然而,当前存在理念迟滞、课程单一、评价困难、制度异化等现实困境,阻碍了中小学教师数字素养提升的进程.为此,探寻破解困境的实践路径:理念先行,增强中小学教师数字化意识;课程培育,基于循证开展跟踪式培训指导;评价引领,数字化赋能评价提升精准度;制度优化,构建多方联动的全方位保障机制.

Abstract

The digital literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is the key factor to promote the digital transformation of education.The improvement of digital literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is benefi-cial to the cultivation of digital excellent teachers and the construction of digital teachers,cultivate digital and inno-vative talents and promote the digital transformation of education,promote the innovation of digital enabling class-room teaching and promote the high-quality development of education.However,at present,there are some practi-cal difficulties,such as the lagging idea,the single curriculum,the difficult evaluation,the system alienation and so on.It hinders the process of improving the digital literacy of primary and secondary school teachers.To explore the practical path to solve the dilemma,it should enhance the digital awareness of primary and secondary school teachers,follow-up training guidance based on evidence,improve evaluation accuracy,optimize the system and build a multi-linkage omni-directional guarantee mechanism.
