摘要

在大数据时代,大数据技术通过人机协作、多维数据和智能算法等手段,对师德评价的主体、依据、方式和反馈进行了全方位革新,展现出了巨大的时代价值.然而,在实践中,数据获取与处理的难度、指标构建与权重分配的复杂性以及隐私保护与数据安全保障的挑战等限制了大数据在师德评价中的应用.因此,应打通数据源头、融通数据资源、强化技术与制度双重保障,以便推动师德评价创新与发展.

Abstract

In the era of big data,big data technology has comprehensively innovated the subject,basis,meth-od,and feedback of teacher ethics evaluation through human-machine cooperation,multi-dimensional data,and intelligent algorithms,demonstrating tremendous value of the times.However,in practice,the difficulty of data ac-quisition and processing,the complexity of indicator construction and weight allocation,and the challenges of priva-cy protection and data security guarantee limit the application of big data in teacher ethics evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to connect the data source,integrate data resources,and strengthen the dual guarantee of technology and system in order to promote innovation and development in teacher ethics evaluation.
