济南市北跨新城区地质环境适宜性评价

在研究地质环境背景的基础上,构建了济南北跨新城区地质环境适宜性敏感因子——综合指数模型,选取黄河悬河稳定性作为敏感因子,从水文、水文地质、工程地质和环境地质等4个方面选取重要地表水源、地下水富水性、地下水位最小埋深、活动断裂、地基承载力、软土、液化土、采空塌陷等作为重要因子,采用专家打分法确定重要因子的权重,对地质环境适宜性进行了综合评价.结果表明:适宜区和较适宜区占总面积的72.37%,可满足新城区规划建设的需要.该评价结果可从地质环境的角度为新城规划建设提供科学依据,实现城市建设与地质环境保护协调发展.
Suitability Evaluation of Geological Environment in the New Urban Area of Jinan's Extending towards the North
Based on the analysis of geological environment conditions in the study area,sensitive factor and comprehensive index evaluation model of geological environment suitability are constructed in Jinan north across new urban area.The stability of the Yellow River is selected as sensitive factor,and the important surface water source,water-richness of groundwater,minimum buried depth of groundwater level,active fault,bearing capacity of foundation,soft soil,liquefied soil and Goaf Collapse are selected from four aspects of hydrology,hydrogeology,engineering geology and environmental geology as important factors.The weight of important factors is determined by expert scoring method.The suitability of geological environment is comprehensively evaluated.The results show that suitable area and relatively suitable area of geological environment account for 72.37%of the total area,the overall situation is good,which can meet the needs of new urban planning and construction.The evaluation results can provide a scientific basis for the planning,construction and management of the new urban of Jinan's Extending towards the North.It is conducive to the realization of urban construction and the optimal allocation of geological environment resources.
