双相体不锈钢筋混凝土短柱轴压试验及数值研究

为探究双相体不锈钢筋混凝土柱的力学性能,设计 5 根双相体不锈钢筋混凝土柱进行轴心受压试验,对破坏现象、混凝土强度和纵筋配筋率等参数进行分析,建立考虑材料非线性的ABAQUS有限元模型,并开展参数化拓展分析.结果表明:C30 混凝土强度等级提高至C80 时,试验柱的承载力提升幅度达到 46%,但是其峰值承载力的增长率下降至 6.9%;试验柱的峰值承载力和峰值位移随着纵筋配筋率的增大而提升,当配筋率在 0.5%~6%之间时,其峰值承载力增长率在 8.9%~36.9%,峰值位移增长率在 6.2%~28.9%,综合考虑,建议双相体不锈钢筋混凝土柱纵筋配筋率为 1%~4%之间;基于试验和模拟结果提出适用于双相体不锈钢筋混凝土柱的轴压承载力计算公式,研究得出纵筋配筋率建议值和轴压承载力计算公式,可为研究双相体不锈钢筋混凝土轴压短柱的设计和承载力的预测提供参考.
Axial Compression Test and Numerical Study of Duplex Stainless Steel Reinforced Concrete Short Columns
In order to explore the mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete columns,five duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete columns were designed for axial compression testing.The failure phenomenon,concrete strength and longitudinal reinforcement ratio were analyzed.The ABAQUS finite element model considering material nonlinearity was established,and the parametric expansion analysis was carried out.The results show that when the strength grade of C30 concrete increases to C80,the bearing capacity of the test column increased by 46%,but the growth rate of its peak bearing capacity decreased to 6.9%.The peak bearing capacity and peak displacement of the test column increase with the longitudinal reinforcement ratio.When the reinforcement ratio is between 0.5%and 6%,the peak bearing capacity growth rate is between 8.9%and 36.9%,and the peak displacement growth rate is between 6.2%and 28.9%.Considering comprehensively,it is recommended that the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete column should be between 1%and 4%.Based on the experimental and simulation results,a formula for calculating the axial compression bearing capacity of duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete columns is proposed.The recommended value of longitudinal reinforcement ratio and the calculation formula of axial compression bearing capacity are obtained,which can provide reference for the design and bearing capacity prediction of duplex stainless steel reinforced concrete short columns under axial compression.
