The Establishment and Practice of the Grain Storage System in the Early People's Republic of China
During the war years,to ensure military supplies and civilian supplies,food management has become a high-light of the leadership work of the Communist Party of China.As the wars gradually ended,many of the original food storage systems suitable for flexible operations were no longer applicable.Before and after the early People's Republic of China,how to preserve food during peacetime became a question that leaders at all levels needed to think about.By reviewing the forma-tion of the grain custody system in the early People's Republic of China,we can deepen our understanding of the process of incorporating grain management into government behavior,which will help widen our understanding of contemporary social changes.
