Study on the Current Status of Part-time Teachers in Provincial Open Universities——Taking the Open University of Hebei as an Example
Part-time teachers in open universities play an important role in implementing the strategy of creating excel-lence and improving quality.Taking the part-time teachers of Hebei Open University as the research object,the questionnaire and interview were used to carry out investigation and study.From the six dimensions of teaching motivation,teaching situ-ation,the use of educational technology,teaching working hours,relevant management system suggestions and management difficulties,the current situation of part-time teachers in provincial open universities was understood,and the survey results were classified and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.In view of the existing problems,the study puts forward effective strategies to strengthen the management of part-time teachers by establishing and improving the appointment,daily management,training,assessment and incentive systems of part-time teachers.
