随着《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》和《国家开放大学综合改革方案》出台,开放大学体系进入更名转型的关键时期.河北开放大学体系教学名师打造行动的开展是提升教师队伍素质的重要手段,亦是整合体系办学优势,展示开放大学办学特色重要一环.立足河北开放大学发展现状,分析名师打造行动现实意义,系统构建教学名师和名师工作室产生选拔、管理、考核机制,对后期教学名师打造行动的开展与其他省域开放大学教学名师工作室的创建具有借鉴意义.
A Study on the Training Strategies of Master Teachers under the Background of Systematic Education——Taking Hebei Open University as an Example
With the promulgation of Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era and Comprehensive Reform Plan for the National Open University,the open university system has entered a critical period of renaming transformation.The action of making renowned teachers in Hebei Open University system is an important means to improve the quality of teachers,and it is also an important link to integrate the advantages of running a school and show the characteristics of running an open university.Based on the development status of Hebei Open University,the study analyzes the practical significance of the action of making renowned teachers,and systematically constructs the selection,management and assessment mechanism of renowned teachers and their studios,which has reference significance for the development of the action of making renowned teachers in the later period and the making of renowned teachers'studios in other provincial open universities.
