University Data Resource Management Based on Lifelong Education Community
Absrtact:As the backbone of the lifelong education community,colleges and universities have become the main sup-pliers of lifelong education resources.Data governance in colleges and universities is endowed with the goal and direction of resource,value and sharing.There are some problems in data resource governance in universities,such as insufficient inter-nal driving force,unclear practical value orientation,insufficient external ecological cultivation and imperfect rules system,which restrict the transformation of data resource governance in universities from efficiency management to resource and value.Entering the era of data,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of rules and institutions,increase publicity and interpretation,establish a reasonable profit distribution mechanism,establish the dominant position of colleges and universities,play the role of data platform resource interaction center to increase the dimension of data resource gover-nance,promote the resource,value and sharing of data governance,so as to win the competitive advantages of colleges and universities in the data resource market.
