Research on the Present Situation and Innovation of Elderly Education from the Perspective of Active Aging
From the perspective of active aging,the core of education for the elderly is to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly,that is,social participation.The elderly should actively participate in social construction,give play to their own values,and get social recognition and affirmation.At present,there are some problems in the education for the elderly,such as imperfect management mechanism,inaccurate education orientation,insufficient professional teachers and misunderstand-ing of society and the elderly themselves,which seriously affect and restrict the development of education for the elderly.Therefore,exploring and innovating a new model of education for the aged is a long-term task to further improve the quality of education for the aged and adapt to the development of the times.We should actively explore and introduce new concepts of education for the elderly,strive to innovate teaching methods,accurately grasp the learning needs of the elderly,constantly update teaching methods,and scientifically and reasonably set up curriculum forms,so as to improve the teaching quality of education for the elderly,meet the high-level spiritual needs of the elderly and realize their own values.
