In the context of rural revitalization,the professional development of rural teachers continues to be a hot topic for scholars.Distributed leadership theory emphasizes empowerment,collaboration and sharing,and emphasizes that everyone is a leader.On the basis of this theory,teacher leadership has attracted much attention as an important way to pro-mote teachers'professional development.At the same time,the realization mechanism of distributed leadership theory in rural teachers'professional development should be correctly viewed in the light of the special organizational environment of rural schools:Decentralization of school leaders is the foundation,endogenous development of teachers is the key and peer cooperation of teachers'groups is the core.On this basis,the study puts forward the promotion path of rural teachers'profes-sional development:Schools actively decentralize rights to empower teachers'development;Give full play to the leadership of backbone teachers and lead the collective development of rural teachers;Establish teachers'learning community and build endogenous motivation for teachers'development.
