Research on the Development Problems and Countermeasures of Hebei Provincial Vocational Education Group
The vocational education group serves as a pivotal force in driving the reform of vocational education system and establishing a high-quality vocational education system.In recent years,Hebei Province has made effective explorations in the scaling,grouping,and chaining of vocational education groups,providing support for the development of vocational education in the province and the economic growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,there are some problems in the construction process,such as the uncoordinated interests between schools and enterprises,the difficulty in exerting in-tensive effects,the lack of in-depth resource sharing,and the insufficient influence of the group.In order to solve these prob-lems,optimization strategies can be implemented,such as coordinating the responsibilities and interests of schools and en-terprises to establish a community of shared responsibilities and interests from the perspective of a community with a shared future,establishing a resource-sharing platform to leverage the group's scale effects,and introducing high-quality enterprises and developing distinctive brand projects.
