Discussion on Protection,Development and Utilization of Red Cultural Resources
The red cultural resources embody revolutionary culture in various forms,including physical(important re-gions,relics,and objects),informational(literature,slogans,artistic works),and spiritual(revolutionary tradition and spirit).The value of red cultural resources is primarily reflected in:their political orientation and ideological education,the inheri-tance of tradition and emotional cohesion,the dissemination of culture and influence on ethos,the development of brands and tourism,as well as the cultivation of spirit to lead development.Strengthening the protection,activation,development,and utilization of red cultural resources holds great significance.It is suggested to display the cultural relics of the Party history and build the Party's historical exhibition hall,memorial hall and museum;enhance comprehensive planning to construct Party history education bases;strengthen revolutionary culture propaganda along with efforts for artistic reproduction of red cultural heritage;and carry out red culture inspection and tourism.
