Exploration of Internationalization Path of Open University:Perspective of Organizational Change Theory
The Comprehensive Reform Plan for the Open University of China clearly requires that the National Open University should be built into a main platform for foreign cooperation.How to achieve effective internationalization has become an urgent issue for the open universities in China.Guided by the theory of organizational change,the study analyzes the characteristics of organizational change in the process of internationalization of the open university,and constructs a com-prehensive analysis framework from three dimensions:development strategy,implementation technology and management system,which provides specific approaches and strategic references for the successful realization of internationalization of the open university.
