Hot Topics and Future Prospects of Network Education for Cadres in China——Visual Analysis Based on Citespace
Using the literature related to CNKI network publication database as sample data,by using Citespace soft-ware,the study draws and presents the visual knowledge map of Chinese cadres'network education research field from 2001 to 2022 by means of bibliometrics and scientific knowledge map.The results show that network education for cadres is a cross-research hotspot in the fields of network training,online learning,distance education and cadre education.The research topics mainly focus on four aspects:development status and optimization strategy research,training mode and management service research,learning platform and resource construction research,learner characteristics and learning behavior research.The research process has gone through the initial stage,the all-round research stage,and the steady development stage.The continuous progress of digital education in the future and the gradual deepening of the enabling role of new technologies will promote the practice and research of online education for cadres to a new height.
