Study on the Effect of Pre-job Training for Volunteers of International Chinese Education
Absrtact:Volunteers in international Chinese education are the"youth force"to spread China's voice well.Exploring the factors influencing the effect of volunteer pre-job training can enhance the overall effectiveness of volunteer projects.Un-der the guidance of grounded theory,45 volunteers are interviewed semi-open by NVIVO 14 software in the last three years,the study concludes that the key factors influencing the effect of pre-service training are the characteristics of volunteers,the management mode and the course quality,and constructs the VMC model.Finally,starting with the overall layout and feasi-ble operation,it puts forward the promotion strategy and improvement suggestions for the training point.
