Data finance is a new concept in the Internet era.Its core idea is to increase the government's fiscal revenue by activating relevant data held by the government,thereby enhancing the government's ability to provide public services.Today,land finance is unsustainable and real estate tax is difficult to promote.Therefore,building a data-based financial sys-tem and exploring new sources of fiscal revenue is a wise move to improve the public management capacity of local govern-ments and alleviate local debts.At the same time,on the premise of protecting citizens'sensitive data,the promotion of data finance should further strengthen data desensitization technology,clarify the standards for data desensitization,and improve the system for protecting citizens'personal information,so as to build a data finance system where public interests and per-sonal interests can be maximized.
