Research on Skills Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Skill-based Society
The state has put forward concept and strategy of building a skill-based society,and put forward new con-struction requirements for vocational education in improving the integration of industry and education,innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and deepening the reform of education and teaching.At present,there are some problems in vocational education,such as insufficient supply of educational resources,teaching content lagging behind indus-try and educational system deviating from production demand.The solutions include:deepening the integration of industry and education,accurately positioning the development of the service industry,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,optimizing the training mode of dual home fields,improving the education system,and cultivating skilled talents with the times.
