Research on the Three-level Medical and Health Care System in the Rural Construction Movement in the Period of the Republic of China——Investigation Centered on Dingxian Experiment
The rural medical and health experiment in the period of the Republic of China rose along with the rural construction movement,among which the Dingxian medical and health experiment led by Yan Yangchu and Chen Zhiqian was the most typical.The core content of the medical and health experiment carried out by Yan Yangchu and Chen Zhiqian is to build a three-level medical and health care network of counties,districts and villages.The village health workers,district health care centers and county health care centers are responsible for their own work and cooperate with each other.The logic of constructing the three-level medical care system is to realize the smooth operation of the three-level medical care network through the"going to the countryside"of medical and health personnel,the"going to the countryside"of modern medical technology and the"going to the countryside"of advanced health concepts.At present,through the study of the three-level medical care system in the Republic of China,many enlightenments are drawn,that is,it is necessary to continue to improve the three-level medical care system,to strengthen the training of outstanding medical and health talents,and to publicize and popularize basic medical and health knowledge.
