Practice and Reflection on System Evaluation of Provincial Open Universities——Taking Hebei Open University as an Example
It is very important for the open university to implement systematic running and build a high-quality running system to give full play to the overall advantages of integrated running.In recent years,more and more provincial open uni-versities put the high-quality development of the school-running system in a prominent position.Hebei Open University,as a provincial open university,has established the evaluation standard and mechanism of running a school in order to further consolidate the foundation of system construction.Based on the difficulties faced by the evaluation of Hebei Open University system,the study points out its realization path in the aspects of evaluation index construction,evaluation scheme formula-tion,evaluation process promotion and evaluation process design,analyzes the problems found in the evaluation of running a school,and reflects on the evaluation practice,so as to provide reference for the development of long-term evaluation of run-ning a school in the later period and the evaluation exploration of other provincial open universities.
