自适应学习视域下的教师角色研究

通过文献分析,在前期学者对智慧教育时代教师角色深入分析的基础上,结合自适应学习,总结出自适应学习中教师应该具备的角色.对参加教改试点的英语教师展开访谈,了解自适应学习中的实际教师角色以及教师角色转变过程,发现存在教师角色转变意识不强、教师角色转变方向模糊等问题,分析问题背后的原因并提出相应建议,以期帮助教师更好地进行角色调适,为学生提供有效的个性化学习支持服务,最大程度提高自适应学习的效果,同时促进人工智能背景下开放大学教师的专业发展,打造顺应时代发展的高素质教师队伍.
Study of Teachers'Role from the Perspective of Adaptive Learning
Through literature analysis,on the basis of previous scholars'in-depth analysis of teachers'roles in the era of wisdom education,combined with adaptive learning,the study summarizes the roles that teachers should have in adaptive learning.Interviews with English teachers who participate in the teaching reform pilot are conducted to understand the actual teacher role and the process of teacher role change in adaptive learning,and it is found that there are some problems such as weak awareness of teacher role change and vague direction of teacher role change.The reasons behind the problems are ana-lyzed and corresponding suggestions are put forward,so as to help teachers better adjust their roles,provide effective person-alized learning support services for students,maximize the effect of adaptive learning,and promote the professional devel-opment of teachers in open universities under the background of artificial intelligence,so as to build a high-quality teaching team that conforms to the development of the times.
