随着人口老龄化发展进程的加快,我国老年人对养老和老年教育的需求日益多元化.结合需求幅度理论,我国养教结合老年教育当前供给主要以生存需求和表达需求等内容为主,而贡献需求、影响需求和超越需求这类更高层次的需求则明显供给不足.新时代,为了有效满足老年人教育和养老需求,需要从加强需求分析、拓展宣传渠道、加强资源整合、完善制度建设和优化人才供给等方面转型发展,推动养教结合老年教育在发展模式和发展格局上的优化和提升,更好地满足老年人的养老和教育,促进老年教育高质量发展.
Research on the Development of Integrating Care and Education with Elderly Education under the Theory of Demand Range
With the acceleration of the aging population development process,the demand for elderly care and elderly education among the elderly in China is becoming increasingly diversified.Based on the theory of demand amplitude,the current supply of elderly education in China mainly focuses on survival needs and expression needs,while higher-level needs such as contribution needs,influence needs,and surpassing needs are clearly insufficient in supply.In the new era,in order to effectively meet the needs of education and old-age care for the elderly,it is necessary to transform and develop from the aspects of strengthening demand analysis,expanding publicity channels,strengthening resource integration,improving sys-tem construction and optimizing talent supply,so as to promote the optimization and promotion of the development model and development pattern of the combination of caring and education for the elderly,better meet the needs of old-age care and education,and promote the high-quality development of old-age education.
