Analysis on the Research Hotspots of Distributed Leadership and Team Effectiveness——Visual Graph Analysis Based on CiteSpace
Distributed leadership is a new leadership paradigm,which provides a realistic choice for improving team ef-fectiveness.In this study,the CNKI is extracted,the keywords"distributed leadership"and"team effectiveness"are retrieved,and the Chinese core journals,CSSCI and CSCD databases are selected for retrieval.The research hotspots are analyzed based on CiteSpace V software.The study analyzes the distribution of annual papers,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clus-tering and evolution,summarizes the research hotspots of distributed leadership and team effectiveness and their relationship in China,and makes research prospects.
