抗战时期晋察冀边区为提升民众文化政治水平以适应抗战任务要求,对民众实施社会教育.如何提升民众学习积极性成为推动社会教育广泛开展的关键问题.边区通过发挥党员干部的带头示范作用、依托各群众团体深入群众宣传游说、通过报道典型案例引发民众积极效仿以及利用文娱形式进行宣传引导等途径实现了动员效果的最大化.动员工作不仅促进了民众学习观念的转变和学习意识的提升,有力推动了边区的抗战动员,还在拉近党群关系的基础上进一步强化了民众对中国共产党的政治认同.
Learning Mobilization of People in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Border Area during the War of Resistance against Japan
During the War of Resistance against Japan,in order to improve the political and cultural level of the people to meet the task needs of the war of resistance,the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area implemented social education for the people.How to mobilize the learning enthusiasm of the people has become the key issue to carry out extensive social edu-cation.The border area realized the maximum mobilization effect by giving play to the leading and exemplary role of the Party members and cadres,relying on various mass organizations to publicize and lobby the masses,triggering the public to actively follow suit by reporting typical cases,and using publicity and guidance in the form of cultural and entertainment.The mobilization work not only promotes a great change in the people's learning concept,effectively cooperates with the mo-bilization of the Anti-Japanese War in the border area,and also strengthens the people's political identity with the Communist Party of China(CPC)on the basis of bringing the relationship between the Party and the masses closer.
