Analysis on the Supply-side Reform Path of Non-academic Education in Provincial Open Universities——Taking the Open University System of Hebei Province as an Example
With the social development and demographic changes in China,non-academic education,as a supplementary education category to meet the diverse and personalized learning needs of social members,has become an important way to build a lifelong education system and promote the formation of a learning society,which is playing an increasingly important role in the context of lifelong learning for all.With the construction and development of the open university system,its edu-cational orientation and functions are constantly expanding and deepening.Developing non-academic education is helpful to realize the"dislocation development"between the open university system and ordinary universities.With its unique advan-tages in system,technology and resources,the open university can continuously introduce vocational training,community education and education for the elderly that meet the needs of the current social market,continuously establish and improve the supply mechanism of non-academic education services in coordination with population changes,better meet the diversi-fied learning needs of members of society,continuously improve the education support system,and create a new situation of high-quality development of lifelong education.
